mhpn-logoThe Mental Health Professionals' Network (MHPN) is a unique initiative targeted at improving interdisciplinary mental health practice and collaborative care by supporting locally based networks of primary care and mental health practitioners throughout Australia.

The purpose of this network is to provide a platform for interdisciplinary professional development, peer support, enhancing referral pathways, and gaining an understanding of how services and practitioners can work together to meet the mental health and related needs of the local population living with Diabetes.
