If you are a Diabetes SA member, you can book an appointment to see a diabetes educator.
At Diabetes SA we also have appointments available with our Credentialled Diabetes Educators as part of the Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) program. This program is available through your GP - they will prepare a GP Management Plan for you. Once you have an EPC plan you can be referred for up to five allied health services each year. The five services can be provided by a single allied health professional, including diabetes education.
